Selfie & Face Match
Every punch carries a selfie, compared with the employee's photo — a score you can see, and the picture behind it.
Staff punch in from their own phone — with a selfie, a face match and the location. You open one screen and see who is in, who is out on work, and what actually got done.
Paper registers, WhatsApp messages and a machine at the gate leave the same gap: no proof — and nothing at all about the people who never come to the gate.
Built for companies with an office, a few branches, and staff out on the road.
Every punch carries a selfie, compared with the employee's photo — a score you can see, and the picture behind it.
Mark each office on the map, or put a QR code on the wall. Punches away from site are flagged, never hidden.
A phone is registered to its owner and unlocked with their fingerprint. No shared logins, no borrowed cards.
Staff ask from the app, you decide from the dashboard, and they are told the moment you do.
Licences, passports, insurance and office papers — with a reminder before each one expires.
Tea and lunch punched like anything else, against the allowance on the shift. Nine to six with an hour's break is an eight hour day — take seventy-five minutes and the app knows the day ends at 6:15.
Register, late coming, early going, absent, breaks, visits and documents — printed, or straight to Excel and PDF, carrying your own payroll id for each employee.
One email each morning: yesterday's attendance, what waits for approval, overdue tasks, documents to renew.
Several organisations, shifts, weekly offs and holidays per branch, under one account.
Who changed what, and what it was before. Your company's data sits in a database of its own.
Bring your staff list in from Excel instead of typing it. Download the template, check the file — every bad row reported against its own line number — then import the rest.
An owner or manager opens the whole office inside the same app — dashboard, approvals, staff, reports. A request arrives as a notice; tapping it opens the page that decides it. The phone is linked once with a code from the website, so no password is ever typed into a handset.
Still punched in after the shift, a document about to expire, a selfie that did not match, approvals sitting for days, your subscription nearing its end. Each one can be switched off for the company, or for one employee.
Sales, collection, service and delivery staff spend the day outside. ATEASE follows the work, not only the clock.
No hardware at the gate, nothing to install at the office.
Confirm your email. We review the account, activate it and email you — your company gets a database of its own.
A Getting Started checklist and a short tour walk you through it: office location, shifts, holidays, then employees.
Each employee registers their phone once, and punches with a selfie from then on.
It does a few things, in the words of the job rather than of HR software. Most days an employee taps it twice.
Staff install it, register their phone once, and punch with a selfie.
Not easily. The phone is registered to one employee, the app opens with their fingerprint, and every punch carries a selfie compared with their photo on file. A punch that does not match is shown to you as "not matched", with the picture.
A punch needs a connection, so none is ever silently lost. Where the signal is poor, staff punch as soon as it returns, or you add a missed punch from the office — recorded as a correction, not as an ordinary punch.
No. The phone's own fingerprint reader opens the app, and the selfie and location do the rest. Nothing to buy or maintain at the gate.
Only if you allow it. Punches carry their location, and anything outside your offices is flagged. A home day is a request you approve, so it is a decision rather than an accident.
Both, from the one app. A manager or owner who also has a login to the website gets an extra Office tab carrying the whole of it — the dashboard, approvals, staff and reports. Leave, home days and missed punches arrive as a notice on the phone, and tapping it opens the page that decides them. You stay signed in at your desk at the same time: one login holds one browser and one phone, so signing in on the phone does not throw you off the computer.
Each company gets its own database, not a shared table of everybody's rows. Photos and documents sit in private storage and are served only to people signed in to your company.
India and the GCC — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Each company runs on its own time zone, so a punch in Dubai and one in Kochi are both recorded in local time.
Register and confirm your email, and we activate the account — we will call you if we need anything first. You then get a checklist that takes you from an empty account to your first punch.
Call or message us and we will price it for the number of staff you have. There is no hardware cost, and you can start with one office and grow.
Register your company now. Once we activate it, a checklist walks you to your first selfie punch.
